Changes to “Subscription History”

Thank you for supporting futekiya Library!

We have made some changes to the Subscription History section of your Subscription Management screen.

Before: Subscription information was displayed in a single row until your subscription was cancelled, regardless of renewals.

Now: Subscription information is displayed in a new row every time your subscription is renewed.

Unfortunately, due to technical specifications* on Stripe** and PayPal’s end, renewal dates/times for plans (excluding the 1-Week Plan) may vary. In order to prevent providing erronious information and avoid any added confusion, we regret to say that we currently cannot respond to requests to display the next renewal date/time of a subscription.

*due to the number of days in a month varying from month to month.

**Subscribers using Stripe receive a notification email 1 week before subscription renewal

We apologize for the continued inconvenience. We hope providing more detailed information on subscription history will aid in approximating the next renewal date.

Additionally, we would like to take this opportunity to share possible solutions to frequently asked questions regarding subsciptions.

1. I subscribed, but it’s not showing up?

Please check whether you have multiple accounts and have subscribed using one of your other accounts.
If you have multiple accounts, please sign in to the account used to subscribe to access subscriber-only content.

Please check whether you have completed the subscription transaction process.
If you are unsure whether you have completed the process, please refer to the Subscription History section in the Subscription Management screen of your preferred Library.

2. I cancelled my subscription, but it’s not showing up?

Please check whether you have completed the cancellation request process.
If you are unsure whether you have completed the process, please refer to the Subscription History section in the Subscription Management screen of your preferred Library.

Caution: If you do not complete the cancellation process, your subscription will be recognized as ongoing, and will be automatically renewed.
In such cases, we cannot provide a refund, so please ensure you have completed the cancellation process successfully.

Note: Even after completing the cancellation request process, you will continue to have access to subscriber-only content for the remainder of your current subscription period.

3. I cancelled my subscription, but my subscription renewed and I was charged?

Please check that you have completed the cancellation request process before the renewal date.

Caution: Dates and times are displayed in UTC time standard.
Additionally, renewal dates/times for plans (excluding the 1-Week Plan) may vary.
In order to ensure your subscription is cancelled before its renewal, please complete the cancellation request process at least 3 days before the next approximate renewal date.

4. Why was my susbcription renewed even though I never made such a request?

Subscriptions to futekiya Library are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period.
If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you must complete the cancellation request process from the Subscription Management screen before your subscription renews.

Note: You are able to cancel your subscription immediately after subscribing and will still have access to the Library for the remainder of your current subscription period. To be safe, we suggest completing the cancellation request process as early as possible if you do not wish to automatically renew your subscription.

We have been receiving an increasing number of inquiries about issues with subscriptions and cancellations due to user error. As we are unable to provide refunds in such cases, please ensure you regularly check the status of your subscription and payment histories.
If you are having an issue that is not outlined in our frequently asked questions, please contact us here through “other inquiries.

We thank you again for your support.
