Improvements on Payment Management

Users are now able to cancel monthly subscriptions through the Stripe service.

Users will also regularly receive the following notifications from Stripe:

• Notification of subscription renewal
Sent 7 days before your next payment

• Notification of card nearing expiration
Sent 1 month before the registered card expired.

In the case of a user failing to complete a payment due to credit card expiration or insufficient funds your contract will be cancelled unless a valid payment method is confirmed.

Confirmation of the new payment method may take a maximum of 7 business days.
